Hello,I am new to eating right for my kidneys, I like the recipes,but only need recipes for 2 or 3 since I live by myself, and do not cook for 10,8,6. I have trouble breaking down the amounts for the ingredients,I know this would be extra work for you, but would make it easier for some of us to get the right amounts of seasoning and not have to guess,and knowing all the nutritional values.Thank you Herta B. Dietitian comment: You can easily sort the recipes by the number of servings in DaVita Diet Helper. Open the tool and go to Recipe Search. Select the desired recipe category. Once the list comes up click on the carot beside # servings and the list will change to show recipes with 1-2 servings first. Also, you could use the DaVita Suggested meals in the Planner and Tracker section of Diet Helper. There are 3 weeks of meals and each one is for a single serving.

This is delicious! I used honey crisp and pink lady apples, didn't have tart apples. I highly recommend this recipe.

My wife (on dialysis) loved this - she said it was the best ever! I used a bargain pork roast, substituted Frank's sauer kraut (0 sodium but had caraway seeds for cabbage)used real maple syrup and gala apples. It was GREAT!
