Absolutely great. I always had trouble with my chops being so dry. This recipe keeps them nice and moist and my husband wants me to make it all the time.

low rating because I haven't tried it yet. Question: does anybody else have a problem find meat in the portion size that these recipes call for. I find myself getting home & having to cut meat up & then having tiny pieces left over. Any suggestions? Dietitian comment: You could cook the whole portions of meat as purchased then weigh your portion after cooking. As a general rule, 4 ounces raw meat shrinks to 3 ounces cooked meat.

This recipes was wonderful. The only thing that I did different was after the pork chops were done I had sautéed some onions and mushrooms added some cream of mushroom soup and added it to the tops of the pork chops like a gravy. I did not use the canned peaches due to they were sweet enough using the cornflakes.

I made these lastnight and added fresh mushrooms and a sliced onion on top while it baked. I thought it was a little sweet due to the cornflakes but, all in all a very good pork dish for protein counts. Tonight I will have leftovers and make some mash potatos to go with it along with my spinach as a side dish.

My husband even liked it. Instead of cornflakes though, I used panko.

We really liked these. I was out of cornflakes, so I use Rice Krispies instead. They turned out a bit soggy on bottom, but still tasty. Will try again and use the corn flakes next time. My son is a picky eater and the one who has to be on a low phosphorus diet. He picked off the breading....but ate the pork chop...which is a big deal as he rarely eats any meat other than chicken. But it was so moist he loved the meat.

Great recipe. We omitted the peach and used pommegranate cornflakes since that was the only thing we had.Talking about some great chops with that pommegrante flavour!

Versatile recipe! We use the coating for pork, chicken, and fish. It keeps the meat moist and tender. We didn't use the peach half since neither of us cares for fruit and meat together. Leftovers heat up well.

Really liked this recipe. I may have overcooked the chops a bit. Very easy to make. I scrambled leftover egg wash for the dog.

Wonderful moist chops. Only change I made was to add garlic powder & italian seasoning to flour. Whole family enjoyed. Will quickly become a favorite!
