First cooked before we had a grill. Improvised and coated the pork pieces in a browning agent. Cooked in hot Extra Virgin Olive Oil, until most sides were brown. Sauteed the onion and pepper separately. Mixed together while serving. Turned out amazing. Tried the recipe over the new grill we got, and decided the grilled version was as good as my fried version. Great recipe!
