I have been making meat rice balls like this for many years. I allso like to chop up celery very finely to add to the rice balls. Some times I allso add freshly grated ginger or chilli

I made this recipe with regular long grain rice as I had no instant rice available and it came out great. In my next attempt, I will season the meat before making the meatballs as they were a little bland in the middle. As a side note, I would love to see a recipe box where members can save recipes for later use so you don't have to constantly search for the same recipes over and over again.
