I'm having a problem finding liquid non-dairy creamer, what can I use as a substitute? Dietitian comment: Use 1 cup half & half creamer or 1 cup almond milk instead of the nondairy creamer.

Could you substitute fresh peaches for the pie filling? If so, what would be the amount and portion size? Moderator comment: Yes you can substitute 2 cups of fresh peaches and the potassium is about the same. Carbs are much lower.

Sounds good, but where are the peaches? wouldn't you need more than just the filling? Moderator comment: This particular recipe only includes the peach pie filling. You could add additional canned peach slices 120 mg potassium/1/2 cup)or even a fresh peach (160 mg potassium/1/2 cup).
