12 patches: go to look for raw milk on internet in your area. You can possibly find a farm who sells it.

After reading this recipe, It didn't even dawn on me that my fat free nondairy whipping cream or my sour cream (fat free) would have phosphate additives. I am now worried that I have ingested a product that has harmed me. It is difficult to determine phosphate levels in products since they are not listed on the ingredient statements. I have typically ingested a serving (2T) of fat free nondairy whipping cream daily with my fruit. This product contains Sodium Polyphphate which is listed second to last on the ingredient statement. The sour cream has Sodium Hexameta phosphate which is the 6th out of 13 ingredients listed. Did a serving a day harm me? I have since gone to higher fat content products to eliminate these ingredients and have found that Cool Whip FF no longer contains phosphate additives. Thank you so much for all of your helpful hints, I keep a spreadsheet with comments that are applicable to my condition so I can refresh my memory :) Dietitian comment: The effect of having the phosphate additives is it can make your phosphorus levels higher. If your kidneys still work you are still able to remove extra phosphorus. You can ask your doctor about your lab test results.

Sounds good to me. I prefer whipped cream with real cream in it. Wish i could find milk with the cream in it still, for myself, a no no for my husband.

Does whipping cream contain natural phosphorus? Dietitian comment: Yes it contains 18 mg phosphorus for 1/4 cup. This amount is acceptable for a kidney diet. We know that naturally occurring phosphates are absorbed 40-60%, whereas phosphate additives are absorbed 90-100%.
