I love creamy salad dressing and thought I'd have to give them up. I made this and had it on a wedge of iceberg lettuce. I made it in a glass jar I had from some roasted red peppers and just shook it to combine the ingredients. It wasn't bad at all. I didn't add or take away from the recipe.

A little to strong with the cumin, so I added some apple juice. Next time I will start with ¼ tsp. of cumin.
