I'm not a mayo user. What can I use as a substitute? Would sour cream work? Dietitian comment: Try olive oil instead.

This sounds wonderful.. but what is the portion size ? It say there are 10 portions.. would this be 1/2cup size portions? thank you =) Dietitian comment: the serving size is 1 cup--this recipe makes approximately 10 cups.
